Use of the service

You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

• Do not upload, process, store, or share illegal, infringing, abusive, malicious, or otherwise unlawful content, including personal data you are not authorized to process.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, reverse engineer, bypass limits, or abuse the service.
• Do not use the service in a way that could harm other users, our systems, or third parties.
• You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the rights needed to use it, including ensuring you have a valid legal basis to process any personal data contained in uploaded files.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for activities that occur under your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account or API key has been compromised.

Files and processing

• Files are processed temporarily to provide the requested tool output.
• The service is not intended for long-term storage or archival use.
• Files and generated outputs are automatically deleted within approximately 30–60 minutes after processing.
• You should keep your own backups of anything important.

Purchases, billing, and tokens

Paid features, subscriptions, token packs, and billing-related transactions may be handled by third-party payment providers. Pricing, entitlements, and usage limits shown at checkout or in the app apply to your purchase.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, purchases are non-refundable after the relevant credits, tokens, or paid features have been delivered or used.

Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.

Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to the service, remove content, cancel jobs, or revoke API access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created risk for the service, or used the service unlawfully.

Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) EUR 100.

Third-party integrations

The service may allow you to import files from third-party providers such as Google Drive and Dropbox. Use of these integrations is optional and subject to the terms, permissions, and privacy practices of those providers.

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its stated last updated date.
